I regularly publish in Vogue Knitting and I am proud of that. Vogue Knitting is THE magazine in the US (and perhaps worldwide) for hand-knitting designs, patterns and new yarns. You will also find interviews with the top designers of the moment in this magazine, which appears several times a year.
My relationship with Vogue Knitting dates back to the early nineties. I had an appointment with Carla Scott (Editor in Chief) in New York. I then worked for the Dutch knitting yarn manufacturer Neveda and intended to sell hand-knitted sweaters in the US. Contact with Carla was stimulating. She was enthusiastic about my designs and recruited me to design for Vogue Knitting. My answer was yes, of course, as Vogue Knitting is the ultimate knitting experience.
